We've received a few questions about Collierville Station's Homeowner Covenants. So here are a few that come up enough times that we thought we all should be reminded of them from time to time. A quick list of CSHOA Do's and Don'ts

Do Keep your yard trimmed and neat.
Do pull your trash cans up from the curb and store them from view.
They are to be concealed from view from the street.
Don't Park on the street overnight. Street parking is for quest of Collierville Stattion.
Don't Leave basketball goals out on the curb overnight.They should be pulled up to the home.
Do Seek approval for painting the exterior of your home if the color is a deviation from the original color of construction. (Architectural committee) architecture@colliervillestation.org
Do Pick up after you pets if they "do business" in the common grass areas.
Do Seek the approval of the architectural committee if you want to do any external construction. i.e permanat home exterior additions. (There is a form)
Do Request a copy of the Collierville Station Homeowners covenants or come to a meeting to pick one up.

For example, homeowners may be interested in services such as lawn care, electrical or plumbing work, painting, door and window repair, deck and fence construction and other home-maintenance goods or services. Residents might also be interested in using nearby restaurants, shopping, and personal services. Discuss your ideas with the newsletter editor for assistance. All Ads can be color or black and white. Jpeg- GIF or web based formats (text- gif, images-jpeg)

1. All ads must be designed and formatted to the correct ad size.
2. Make sure your ad resolution is comparable to banner ad size or 300-360 dpi.
3. Please label your file with the name of your business.
Ads are not accepted for adult-oriented services or establishments, and the content of ads is subject to review by the CSHOA newsletter editor.

468 x 60 Full Banner per quarter $25 per quarter ($75 annual)
468 x 120 Double Banner $35 per quarter ($105 annual)
250 x 250 Square Banner $25 per quarter ($75 annual)
240 x 400 Tall Sky Scraper Banner $35 per quarter ($105 annual)
